Please read our policy content very carefully!

All of our products are made to order and ship out within 2-3 weeks of your order being placed.  If an item is labeled as “READY TO SHIP” it’s not made to order and will ship inside of 3-5 business days. If we run into any issues with inventory we will be sure to contact you otherwise.

PLEASE: Make sure your address is entered CORRECTLY at check out! We are unable to replace an order that's been lost due to an incorrect address entry.


We ship our packages with the USPS and unfortunately once it's in their hands we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once marked as delivered. Be sure to check your e-mail inbox (or spam folder) for your tracking information.



Due to COVID-19 and the worldwide Pandemic, we’ve been experiencing delays with customs all across the board. The USPS is making continual updates on countries that are not accepting packages from the U.S. Countries that are accepting packages are placing holds on them and taking several weeks, months even, to process. Please keep this in mind when placing an order out of the United States! If you have any concerns about an international order, please reach out to us!

International Shipping: Please allow 2-12 weeks for delivery once your order has shipped (Remember, customs can take a bit of time). There currently is not tracking available for international shipping, so PLEASE order cautiously! We are not responsible for custom or duty fees for your particular country. You may be charged additional fees upon arrival to your customs facility. If your package gets sent back to us, shipping will not be refunded. 



Due to the ever-changing price increases of USPS and other methods of shipping, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!
